Basic Video Package Agreement

By submitting payment, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with A & B Worldwide Entertainment (“Videographer”):

1.⁠ ⁠What You Get

- One (1) cinematic promo video (45–60 seconds).

- Video delivered within 7 business days of filming.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment & Refunds

- Payment is required in full before work begins.

- All sales are final — no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

3.⁠ ⁠Edits

- You’ll get one round of edits if needed included at no extra cost.

- Any additional edits will be billed separately based on the level of work needed.

- Edit requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

4.⁠ ⁠Rights & Usage

- Both you and the Videographer may use the final video for business promotion.

- The Videographer keeps primary rights (including use in portfolio, ads, and marketing).

- Videos may not be resold or licensed to others without written permission.

5.⁠ ⁠Your Role

You’re responsible for providing access to filming locations and any required permissions. Delays on your side may extend delivery time.

6.⁠ ⁠Liability

The Videographer will deliver work to a professional standard but is not responsible for indirect or incidental issues that may result from use of the videos.

7. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
